Returns – We pay for the return shipping!

Who needs return hassles? If it doesn’t fit right, you just don’t like it, or it is defective, we will happily take it back within 30 days of purchase, and refund you the full amount you originally paid. 


When you return something you bought from us, we will refund you the exact amount you originally paid, plus all taxes.

Returns and Refund Policy

-        For all returns, please send back to the following address: 555 5E AVE, LACHINE, QC, H8S2Y1, CANADA

-        For a full refund, products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

-        If you received a free gift with your original purchase, we ask that you also return the gift, in order to avoid having the retail price of the gift deducted from your refund.

-        Any points you received for the purchase of the returned piece will automatically be deducted from your profile

-        Make sure to also include the original receipt of your purchase.

-        We will try to process all refunds within a 1-2 business days of receiving the returned merchandise, but please note that it can take up 30 days for the money to be deposited in your account.  At the time of the               refund, we will also deduct and Murano Reward points you earned from us

-        We can only take back pieces that show no signs of wear or abuse, and that are in the original state you received them.

-        Personalized pieces cannot be returned or refunded.
